There can be tears in this studio sometimes from the burnout.
How can we manage burnout better?
You know, at the same time, I guess we should talk about resilience because the fact that we get to do this and we get the privilege of speaking to people like yourself, I think that's what makes us keep turning up.
We keep building this community with great minds and then we get to share that knowledge as well.
And then, you know, this is sitting on the internet for years to come for people to go and consume.
So let's talk about resilience and how can we be better at resilience?
There are times where we are in a flow, both of us, we can go through six months of just flowing and everything's going really smoothly.
And I think everyone, yourself, you'd feel this in life where just everything's just, I don't know why it's everything's just working out for me.
And then there are times where it's just, it's not that way.
How do we, how do we stay in that flow?
How can we try and manage to stay in that flow in our lives?
Just before we started recording, you asked how Sonia and I know each other, and we told you that Sonia and I grew up in the same street.
And we both have these situations, which I don't think we have with many other people.
But because we know each other so well and we work together and we're in a high-stress environment,
We know, even when the other person won't tell us what's going on, one of us will say to the other, I think this is going on, and then eventually they'll say, yeah, that's what's going on.
Okay, so what is happening in a relationship?
Is that the two brains interlocked with each other?
What's going on there?
And what we do to each other is we actually, we get each other to say the thing.
We get each other to get to the point where we get it out so that we can actually discuss it and talk about it.
