We've both focused on our career and not had kids yet for various reasons, not just because we're focused on our career, but because we hadn't met the right person until later in life.

And

What we realized was actually to have this conversation and to do it justice, we really need input from the community and from other people who are in all sorts of different dynamics.

Because to truly talk about this conversation, like, yes, we've got a huge amount of research.

I mean, our prep sheet is like, God, how long is it?

It's like eight, eight pages long.

That's kind of just the nature of it.
