Like, so like I had to like look at myself a certain amount of times in the mirror before I turned off the light. So like an exposure therapy would be like, cause this was during COVID, like having her on zoom and like,

So like that for me was really helpful. I used to, I know this sounds so stupid. I used to have a lot of trouble adding songs to a playlist. Like I would have to do it four times over.

And it would drive me crazy because I'm very passionate about my playlist. So like one part of my exposure therapy would be just add the song and then sit there with it. And I just I think like finding a good exposure therapist and starting a medication that works for you personally for me.

I only knew I had it because I was I've had it since I was like seven or eight. Yeah. And I only knew I had it because I knew that there was this show on VH1. I don't know if anyone remembers. It was called OCD Rehab with Dr. Drew. And it was like celebrities with OCD would come. And I don't know if it was celebrities, but it was people with OCD would come.
