Some of these guys are very competitive.

So let's be fair to that.

Yeah, and this is a different set of financial rules.

There's one set which controls how much you can spend over a certain time period.

There's another one, which is the squad cost ratio rule, which originally you couldn't spend more than 80% a season on

amortized transfer fees and wages and payments to agents more than 80% of your total revenue.

That's gone down to 70% and they've breached that.

So the good news is

It's kind of a separate type of infraction, so they will likely get a big penalty.

It does not blow up their financial settlement.

That part is still to be determined.

And a reminder that if they breach their financial settlement, they're out of Europe.
