I start, and it just makes me realize, like, okay, take a beat, slow down, be present.
You don't have to do 20 things.
Say yes to that person and that person.
You're one person with two arms and two legs and a head.

When you step back and look at the larger arc, what do you think the through line is in what your life means now?
