Actually I was playing catch right next to Dylan Cease the other day and I think something that he does so well is he's like we were talking about using my legs he sits so well he doesn't drift too much and he sits and then glides after that so his first move is always down which I was timing myself with him and like I was releasing the ball a full second before I'm even starting after I just have a kind of a quick motion and I get down the hill quick so tonight
Especially in the windup, I was focused on sitting and using my legs so I'm not getting fatigued as quick.
Because if you're throwing with 80% arm, you're going to get fatigued quick.
Those are the small muscles.
So you want the arm to be along for the ride.
I think just using my legs and keep learning about myself, especially 50, 60 pitches and on, you learn about yourself and your tendencies and what you need to get back to.
I think it's something that I need to discuss.
solidify better.
I don't think by any means I'm a shoo-in for a rotation spot, that's for sure.
I know I want to help the team in the best way I possibly can and I just need to get on it quicker and I can't let that kind of stuff happen.
Being a starter is kind of what I've always thought I could do to help the team most, but if it's
Coming out of the bullpen, it's coming out of the bullpen.
It's just throwing quality innings from the get-go, and that's what I'm really kind of focused on.
