And then assurance is, again, correct me if I'm wrong, is going forward.
How is it that, okay, now that we know, how do we assure that these types of quality aspects are maintained?
Does that seem...
reasonable yet today with all the things that we're dealing with?
So I have a lot of questions.
And let's first talk about technology.
Okay, technological advances.
I mean, 25, 30 years ago, the idea of having a replaced knee was not in the cards.
quality improvement back then was perhaps embracing how we could do such a thing.
Now we have that.
Okay, so how is it that we look at, we embrace new technology
as far as quality improvement and quality assurance going forward?
Because I'll tell you, a lot of this stuff is on a fast track.
Almost daily, we're hearing about new things.
And how is it that we incorporate these new things into the quality improvement arena?
So that becomes kind of a map, if you will, on how to deliver care, correct?
So, you know, what I've been really interested in is, you know, certainly when I was involved with the Foundation for Healthcare Evaluation years and years ago, we were really in the healthcare delivery arena.
All right.
But now with the great work that you guys are doing, it embraces that.
