Let's talk about that a little bit.
So a couple of shows ago, we had...
two guests on our show who are pharmacists.
And one of the questions that we posed to the pharmacist was, should we just medicate?
In other words, in one of the examples that we have, weight loss medications.
But I can ask you the same question.
We're seeing people
with more and more people with high blood pressure.
So should we just medicate preventatively, proactively, and then we're off and running, so to speak?
You know, there are other things.

And I know you're devoted to the idea of
of getting useful information out to people about how to adjust their lifestyles as they as they as they go through life so um talk to me about that a little bit you know it's just like lifestyle intervention yeah it's kind of it's kind of easy to say but it's harder to do you're very hard to do and it many of us think that okay i have willpower i'm going to do this
You know, one thing that I've embraced probably within the last six months is focused breathing.
In other words, connected with yoga and all this other good stuff.
