You know, because, you know, it's just like, you know, as you go through life, you know, you raise a family or you work or you do both or whatever, and you kind of, you put that grief that you should have maybe dealt with back then
off to the side, okay?
And for me, I can speak openly about it, it's dealing with grief at an older age is not the easiest thing to do, at least it isn't for me.
But addressing that is releasing as well, okay?
So that's, to a certain extent, talking about it, no matter when it is, doesn't matter when, adds to your resilience.
That's my take on it, at least.
Yeah, you know, part of that, and you've got to get over it, part of that is what your head tells you, but your heart is still pumping a different way.

We do care about you.
You know, our crew comes from great background, and this one really struck me as far as statistics.
Nearly two-thirds of U.S., United States adults reported at least one adverse childhood experience, and approximately one in six adults reported four or more.

And then it begs the question, how did they deal with it going forward?
So it's out there.
I mean, we've got issues.
And maybe a great takeaway is recognize that you do and don't be afraid to get help.
