It really can get confusing.

And on one hand, the confusion when you're also dealing with health issues, on the other hand, it really creates angst.

So help me out here by talking about angst and safety, okay?

You know, here's something that I think is, um,

is vitally important for the public.

Let's say you go to a physician, you're checking with your doc and you're diagnosed with something.

Like all of a sudden you walk in and guess what?

You're diabetic.

Boom.

It's like this shockwave comes over you

And you can just imagine as a patient, you say, well, now what the hell?

Now, how do I even start navigating everything that I need going forward, given the immediacy of the situation?

And I think from a public health perspective, that puts a lot of people over the edge.

really over the edge and as much guidance and as much tool, as many tools as there might be out there, I'm not sure it matters because I think people at that point get scared.

pharmacy-related issue that patients deal with.
