And just talk to me about that a little bit.
It's just like, how do they link?
What does it do for us, for each one of us?
And do we land up doing it more often when something happens?
In other words, there's a life event or there's a medical thing that has happened to you and it causes you to be anxious and you got to learn how to calm down.
So why don't you reflect on all of that a little bit for us?

So David, you're mentioning research.
There's all these different methods, I guess, including linking it with yoga, for instance, where you do seemingly, you do the breathing and relaxation and incorporate it with yoga.
So can you, you know, there's so many facets to this.
Can you kind of encapsulate it for all of us?
Yeah, no, I, for sure.
So I'm going to give the listening audience in the illustration.
The other day I was at Methodist hospital and I see orthopedic patients after they've had surgery.
So I always start my conversation with these patients by simply asking them, what's your pain level at between zero and 10, you know, where zero shoot me to the moon.
So the other day, it was actually Tuesday, this patient says, God, you know, my pain is at about a seven or an eight right now.
And so I said, okay, you know, one of the nurses will be in pretty quickly and be able to give you the necessary medication to help you bring that pain down.
