But I said, until that happens, I'll tell you what, how about if you and I just take a deep breath together?
Just take a deep breath.
And we did that for, I don't know, 15 seconds where we just focused.
And then I asked her the same question.
I said, well, where are you at now?
Just after taking a couple of deep breaths, she says, God, you know, it's like at about a four right now.
So all of a sudden, it really helped her to
You know, not that she would need some medication, for sure, for what she's had done.
But it helped with that.
And you alluded to this, David.
And I brought this up with a variety of friends, et cetera.
On one hand, you have all the stuff that's going on individually.
You know, whether it's health issues or relationship issues or what have you.
Then on top of it, we have everything that's going on in the world.
And I don't know about you, but
creating that balance in order to deal with both of those entities seems to be at a real high level right now, trying to balance those out, trying to put one aside while you're trying to take care of the other or vice versa.
Can you respond to that a little bit?
