Reducing muscle tension, which I personally have noticed.
It feels as though my muscles have kind of just flowed out, you know, the tenseness in it.
And also connecting to our last show that we did, we did a show on menopause.
And it says it relieves menopause symptoms for some, such as hot flashes, which is interesting.

Maybe we should talk about the different types of yoga.
I mean, like at Lifetime, I know, you know, you can sign up for...
all these different types, I just go to root Hatha.
Because that's the one that really connects with me.
But maybe you can just talk about a couple of them.
You know, I think, you know, what's interesting is what I sense from all of this is level of comfort, right?
What are you comfortable with in order for you to proceed with a yoga practice?
You know, we're going to wrap up, but I'm going to say this.
And you can balance yoga with working out, okay, you know, with machines and weightlifting and all that kind of stuff.
