So, you know, maybe if I communicate that better, like what actually happens in those moments when you want to cuddle and things are happening, that can lead to pain. I, you know, we could, again, communicate better in those ways. That way she doesn't feel rejected when she says, can we cuddle? And I say, no, I actually need to go watch TV. It's not to distance her.

I think it's just baked in. I think it's in a similar situation as you assume that obviously everybody has 30 days of vacation and you just bake this into the overall structure.

What I see is that people are first, they say, hey, I will be working from home because I feel a little bit under the weather. And I think this is quite good because previous to that, people would be a little bit sick, come to the office and then you would have a lot of sick people. So that's better. And you also see more flexibility around this, I would say.

Sick leave is also part, sometimes if your child is sick and then people need to stay home to take care of the child. A lot of people say, hey, my child is sick, I cannot come to the office, I need to be at home, but I'm still able to work.

Over 100 radiologists assessed roughly half a million women, kind of one half with, one half without AI. And when AI was used, cancer detection rate was 18% higher. So we find more cancers without doing more harm to women. And we can also cover roughly 60% of the workload with AI. The study was set up in a way to combine the strengths of radiologists and AI.

So the AI only gave recommendations when it was very confident. And in cases where radiologists are better, are diagnosed by the human. I think especially in screening it's important that kind of luckily most women are healthy, right? So only six out of one thousand women actually have cancer but doctors still have to diagnose the other 994, right?

So I think AI can really expand screening to more women and also let doctors focus more on the critical, the difficult cases that actually have cancer and treat those. The study shows really good result. And I think we have to really start a discussion on this now on how to integrate AI into healthcare systems. I think there was lots of hype in the past, but now there's actually evidence.

And there are many legal, ethical, and also patient acceptance challenges to discuss here, right? There always has to be a human element in something as personal as healthcare. But we're also seeing it right now that AI is getting so good that we are close to a time where it will be unethical to not use AI support just because AI,
