I'm currently six weeks postpartum with baby number three, thinking I had my shit absolutely sorted.
But postpartum the third time around has been wild.
The postpartum anxiety has been so intense and to hear you both speak so transparently about it...
It's made me feel like I wasn't alone.
I believe we have such a huge gap in our health system, preparing mums for labour and being looked after when baby arrives, but as soon as your time is up in hospital, it's quiet and no one is to be found.
The fourth trimester is intense and having you both shed light on it has been so comforting.
Yes, two emotions can exist at the same time.
We can be absolutely in love and in complete mental turmoil at the same time and it's fucking hard.

And what it made me think about was how criticism, and sometimes it can be so early in life,
And comments, even if they're not mean, even if they're not meant to be criticism, can really stick with us and eat away at us and actually build up to be such an insecurity that we hold on to for years.
And that was something that was apparent in Kylie Minogue's documentary, which I get well recommend.
And it got me thinking about some of these comments and I shared some of them in the last episode of what's really stuck with me and probably impacted my confidence and how I feel about myself in life.
