fully fully in and then you know what I wonder if there's also something to it I'm a little woo woo so okay okay I don't know how woo woo you are I feel like you're reading me pretty well yeah dragging I don't know sometimes I look at like Hollywood people right and you know how sometimes they like age reverse obviously it's because of like full intervention but I think there's also something to living in your purpose yeah
And like doing what you're supposed to be doing.

In my own way, like, when I got out of corporate America and started doing this, I dropped a bunch of weight.
I felt, like... I don't know.
You just kind of... Your body changes and, like, adjusts.
It does.
So I almost wonder if that had something to do with it, too.

I am now in grad school to be a sport and performance psychologist.
