There is a really great meditation that I love.
Tell me.
It's an Alan Watts meditation.
I'm really into like yoga meditation.
I'm kind of, I'm a little woo woo in that way.
And every time I kind of get away with it or get away from it, I come back to this one meditation and it's basically Alan Watts.
he tells you to lay there and listen to the sounds of the room.
So like the buzzing of the fan or the cars or the dog barking or whatever, and try to just listen and observe and just not label them.
And then think of your thoughts like they are the noises in the room.
Oh,
It's the same thing.
And it all just becomes you're just existing in the noise.
And I think it helps to pull you out of that like labeling things as like good or bad.
I've done that for that meditation years, years and years and years.
I swear by it.
I tell everyone about it.
And I feel like I've gone through a very big transition phase in the last couple of months.
Oh, yeah.
And you're in a city that is very draining.
Yeah, it can be.
