Hi, this is Stephanie Moss.

Not too long ago, at some time in the last week or so, I saw a post online and it was an organization or a company talking about what an exciting time this is right now and how up they were from this time last year.

And they put on there some sales numbers and we're just really celebrating, hey, we're up.

This is great news.

As I scrolled through some of the comments, a couple that I noticed were those negative Nancys.

They kind of went on, and there was a handful of folks that made negative comments.

Now look, you know what?

Up is up.

Even if you're flat, but you're still standing, that, in my mind, is a win.

If you put yourself in a position where you're up, even better and good for you.

Let's all be honest.

Life is hard enough as it is.

We get kicks in the shin from all over the place.

Let's talk about playing the long game.

And then five years later, he called me again and said, hey, I'm not going to relocate, but I am thinking about making a job change.

He was putting in just unbelievable hours.

He couldn't work from home ever.

He had an hour commute each way without traffic.

And he said, basically, I don't need more money.
