So I think this is an area where in terms of prepping and debriefing them, we have a huge opportunity to make a difference because oftentimes people are incredible what they do, but they don't know how to advocate for themselves. They don't, you know, hey, it's been five years since I interviewed last or whatever. I'm usually the one doing the interviewing.

Super cool. And then just for those of us that maybe want to try this for the first time, help alleviate some fear for us. If you do get pushback saying, hey, we're good. We don't need that. Thanks. And if I heard you right, it sounds like the way you position it is really that this is in their best interest. But I even sometimes throw in that language of like from a legal standpoint, I want to set this up to protect you.
