People are being hurt.

Families are being ripped apart.

Long-term Minneapolis residents that have contributed so greatly to our city, to our culture, to our economy are being terrorized and now somebody is dead.

They are not generating any revenue from their oil right now.

They can't move it unless we allow it to move because we have sanctions, because we're enforcing those sanctions.

This is tremendous leverage.

Nothing matters more for health care outcomes, economic productivity, military readiness and fiscal stability.

We did get a bounce, and we are expecting a bounce in nonfarm payroll.

So in the sense of direction, yes, they may be offering some prediction, but in terms of numbers, it never works out that way.
