You can, though, get 13-inch version and a 15-inch version.
So the 15-inch, maybe they can make that, maybe a little bit skinnier.
But we received the 13-inch version for our review, and look, it's the same design.

I don't think that's too big a deal that they haven't changed the design, but they're on a winner.
They've got a great, great design, really nice keyboard, beautiful keyboard, nice trackpad.
The only difference I noticed on the keyboard,
The labeling onto keys have changed from words to symbols.
So the words tab, caps lock, and shift have gone from the left side.
They've been replaced with symbols, as have the words delete, return, and shift down the right.
So not a massive change and not really a deal breaker, but it doesn't really change your relationship with those often hit keys.
You're still going to know where they are.

You kind of know that'll go on in, I reckon, so not really a massive change.
Under the hood, though, that's where the changes are.
The M5 chip, for a start, has a 10-core GPU and what Apple calls the world's fastest CPU for responsiveness.
Now, can't argue with that.

The MacBook Air with M5 does come with 16GB of unified memory called RAM in other computers and double the standard storage with 512GB, which is a nice little jump.
