If somebody's $120,000 in New York and they're $80,000 in Idaho, Idaho it is.

So I think the ability to leverage the world at this point is a really undertapped resource for a lot of people.

I think you have to work hard and get lucky with some of the hires, but I'll say a lot of people that we've hired from different countries are harder working and more appreciative of the job than the people in the US.

We have this kind of global company at this point, which is kind of fun.
