Oh, favorite online tool for building our business.

So, you know, I spend eight hours a day in Salesforce.

I know that's a very straightforward answer, but I live and die in that thing.

My wife hates it.

I get a solid eight.

That's good.

I'm not perfect.

I don't get my eight.

Yeah.

So I'm married 15 years, just celebrated 15 years this year.

And I have an 11-year-old boy and an eight-year-old daughter.

Uh, you know, it's funny.

Um, 20 year old self, what do I wish I knew?

Um, you know, I think planning really far ahead is valuable, but you can never get really more than one or two years out.

Um, I think having a longer term goal is fine, but trying to plan out everything meticulously is just going to defeat the purpose plan.

Then the first six, next six months really specifically, um,

After six months to two years, make it a little more wide open and 10 years out, just have a high level goal.

But don't try to get any more specific than that because life gets in the way.
