Meanwhile, the regime is claiming some progress in the talks while simultaneously threatening strikes on the U.S.

interests in the region and holding joint naval drills with Russia.

This on a day ahead of the inaugural meeting of the Board of Peace, the president's initiative for ending the war in Gaza and, of course, the detailed rebuilding of that area.
