You know, and...
When I went to Newcastle, I took over from Rafa Benitez.
I really didn't want to change much because the whole thing was set up for the play five at the back and play three big centre-backs.
So it was, well, OK, I'm not going to really change it.
I would love to change it, but we haven't got the money.
And basically now managers don't get the time.
Don't think you get the time to implement what you want to implement.
I mean, look, Vincent Kompany is...
maybe totally different because he went to Burnley and played a certain way and they romped the championship and everybody was thinking what they're going to do now in the big league and they're going to play exactly the same way and he stuck with his principles and played the same way a bit like Bas Ball they're open if you watch Bayern Munich now they're fantastic to watch by the way open and he stuck with his principles and then gets the Bayern Munich job so maybe there is something in that but
I would look at what I had, how do I get the best out of it and see what we can do.

because it is a small spot winning but I suppose though didn't he have a wonderful start and it was fresh and new and did really really well and yeah did really well does anybody excuse my ignorance in this does anybody else play like England now
Do they all have a hint of it?
Bristol, isn't it?
But Martin's flying the flag.
Martin O'Neill's flying the flag.
At Celtic, yeah.
And, you know... I can never say never, but I honestly believe that...
I've had my time in it.
