Do you remember the Mets had that pitching rotation that was touted to be like the next generation, like the best rotation ever with like Wilson, Pulsifer, Isringhausen.

And it was on the cover of Sports Illustrated, like the next generation of like Mets stud pitchers.

And they all...

Maybe Isringhausen was a decent reliever for a minute, but they all, none of them panned out.

How about that 2026 New York Mets team that lost 12 games in a row with the highest payroll?
