But a lot of it is biographical and is it therapeutic as well?

As I was saying earlier, the older I get, the more questions I have.
Unfortunately, a lot of these questions, I have no answers for them.
But I do find that if I try and tease out
some rational, there's no kind of explanation, but a reason why something has kind of happened or why I've arrived at a certain place.
And if I put that down, if it becomes a poem, chances are it's never going to be read.
But even by me again, you know, they just disappear.
But taking it and kind of constructing it into a poem for me,
it removes that little small flicker from my head.
And I find it very useful.
I've never written a diary, but I would say, I mean, I write every day, so I'm probably writing a diary in poetic form, but that sounds very la-di-da, but it does really help.
And not just even, it's not just always asking questions or big, deep stuff.
Sometimes I just get it, something comes along and I just write it down.
And it's just, it may not be anything about me, but it makes me feel very happy.
And that in itself, it takes away the questions for a minute and I can relax and go, yeah, you know, this is cool.
