We had a bunch of people give feedback in early SEPCO of what they wanted, but they never really quantified it on how much they would be willing to pay for that. You have to do it with a team. You have to really grow a team, build a great culture. And sometimes you really want to enable the team to take their ideas, run with them, and build great things. And we've just developed this great relationship. And Nick has taken the lead on so many things, like our trust score that is absolutely loved by the users.
