I don't have a business. I can't do any of that. Other thing I need is I need employees who are empathetic and wise, because if I don't have psychological safety, nobody can do their job. If I don't have psychological safety, I don't have great team performance. Without team performance, you can't be a company. You can't do those things without empathy and wisdom.
