We run what we informally call a no dickhead policy.
Not official, but it captures it perfectly.
That means everyone involved has to be in it for the right reasons.
Kids first, fun, opportunity and education.
If someone is there for self-serving interests, they don't last long in the group.
We suspect this ethos comes directly from Stephen.
We see it in how he operates and in the brands he chooses to associate with.
We try to stay true to that.
