Just on sort of culture, so your dad was British, your mum is Tongan, but you said in your book that she didn't really experience much Tongan culture, and you ended up growing up with your older sister Viv and her family, and they kind of made you feel MΔori, and that's the culture that you were raised in.

And have you connected back with the Tongan side?
Yeah.
How does that β we see a common theme with guests is that those that weren't sort of raised in their culture very heavily, later in life they make a real effort to connect with it.
It could be a really powerful kind of reintegration.
Carrying along the path, you're 13 when Sid passed away, and the next two years were quite difficult.
So dropped out of school, played a lot of video games, lost your way a little bit, and then basketball came around.
Is it a stretch to say basketball gave you some sort of purpose in life?
It's pretty incredible.
Like the late start to basketball, like only got into it at 14.
And then first full year of training, you become the national under 17 champ and MVP at the tournament.
2009 to 2012, only lost one game, four national titles, four MVPs.
