It's going to be okay.

It's all going to be okay.

Some of you just need me to say that.

It's going to be okay.

Your deep, dark challenges, everybody has them.

And the phrase that already told me that this too will pass.

I got to tell you, I do not like hearing that.

You probably don't like hearing it either.

If you're in the middle of the thick, the thick of the forest, the thick of it, because it doesn't have to be as bad as it is.

Like, I don't think God wants you to suffer.

I think fearing God is a mistranslation.

this idea we should fear God and that God wants to punish us and put us in hell and, you know, make us suffer.

I do not subscribe to that.

I do think God wants us to be happy.

I do think God believes in free agency.

I do believe that if you didn't have access to free agency, you would not be happy and that God would cease to be because the whole point of God is to help people be happy.

Now he does that in a unique way.

Service.

He serves us.

And so like, if you think about that, your goal in life is to be happy.
