But I also know what the averages are, and I also know what the percentages and likelihood of retaining talent.

We have some really good scientific numbers and predictive models on who is going to stay and why and for how long and what interview questions lead us to gather this sort of information or what history this person has had that leads us to know what's going to happen.

Because we can sniff test the people that are just trying to join my Amazon guy for 60 or 90 days to get some cool training and then go about doing their own business.

I've seen it.

We've had other agencies that some of their founders joined MAG for 60 days, ripped all of our content, SOPs and training, and then went and started their own agency.

And so we know what that looks like.

We know why they do that.

as talent becomes senior, they will leave in a certain, like a certain percentage of people will just normally leave.

And there's nothing you can do about that.

Like I've leveled up the whole industry for Amazon selling agencies because I'll just give you one example.

CTR, click-through rate.

Every agency is delivering on click-through rate right now.

All of them.

Why?

Because I proved it was the easiest thing to grow an account.

And I even spawn people like John Aspinall, who's now the CTR King, if you will.
