But I also know what the averages are, and I also know what the percentages and likelihood of retaining talent.
We have some really good scientific numbers and predictive models on who is going to stay and why and for how long and what interview questions lead us to gather this sort of information or what history this person has had that leads us to know what's going to happen.
Because we can sniff test the people that are just trying to join my Amazon guy for 60 or 90 days to get some cool training and then go about doing their own business.

And there's nothing you can do about that.
