And it's a weird statement to make, but it's one of my superpowers.

It makes it really easy to sleep at night.

And I'm like, I get that.

That comment from Alex Ramosi, if I knew nothing else about Alex Ramosi, that one comment about betrayal being part of the P&L

resonated so much with me that I would be a super fan of Alex for the rest of my life.

Nobody else had ever said that, not the way he said it in any case, that I had heard.

And I'm like, I really get that.

I have lost millions of dollars from people betraying me.

Really, really bad betrayals.

But I forgave them and I moved on.

Doesn't mean I don't feel like, you know, like the feeling like I don't want that to happen again.

And that's really the takeaway.

So when I put Francisco in charge of brand management, I made a conscious decision.

Francisco was really stable.

At the time, I said, Francisco, you're boring.

I want you because I'm so tired of divas.
