Only a boring person, stable, wouldn't be offended by them being called boring.

Now, looking back...

I wasn't mature enough to understand why I was so attracted to the idea of the about-faced to go from diva land to boring.

But in reality, I was seeking stability.

And I'm like, I want stability.

I would rather have stability over a really hot shot diva.

It's like having the choice between having Allen Iverson on my NBA team versus John Stockton.

Right.

And maybe this NBA metaphor will go over the heads of some people, but, you know, or Jeff Hornacek, like stable guys that just show up and do their job and are dependable.

And you can build a team around them and they're really good versus the Allen Iversons of the world who are giant asshole divas.

And it's my way or the highway.

And I read a Reddit thread the other day about how Allen Iverson just went to Australia and

and he was supposed to meet with 12 uh cancer kids and he stiffs them and doesn't meet them at the last minute like what an a-hole like i don't care if you're having a bad day that's what he that's what a security guard came down and said you know alan alan's having a bad day he's not gonna be able to meet with you guys they're cancer patients like for heaven's sake

I don't care if you're having a bad day.

Go shake their hands.

Maybe one of them, you know, like you're an all-star NBA player.

You go and shake a kid's hand who's got cancer.

Maybe that's like what cures him, you know?
