He takes the leader from the best performing team, and he swaps him with the leader of the least performing team.
And what ends up happening is the least performing team starts winning neck and neck with the other team.
And he's just trying to prove that leadership has that amount of an impact.
And so that's what comes with extreme ownership because the piss poor leader would blame his team.
