Let's be clear.

You've got to crush your competitors to compete.

You've got to play to win.

We're not going to go to the Super Bowl if we don't watch tape, if we don't

hold our people accountable with extreme ownership, seize some accountability, prioritize, then execute, maintain discipline,

And this is coming out of the book from What's-His-Face that wrote Extreme Ownership, Jocko.

Chapter two in Extreme Ownership, best chapter in the book, in my opinion.

He takes the leader from the best performing team, and he swaps him with the leader of the least performing team.

And what ends up happening is the least performing team starts winning neck and neck with the other team.

And he's just trying to prove that leadership has that amount of an impact.

Seriously.

And so that's what comes with extreme ownership because the piss poor leader would blame his team.
