I tell it like it is.
And those are all things Spock did with radical candor.
There's also a book on Radical Candor.
I don't really like the book, but I like the concept behind the book.
I just think the author did a piss poor job of explaining it, but it's a really good manager value.
I might rewrite that book someday because she was doing an okay job until she made it a little too touchy-feely.
