You have a lot of ways you can run a business.

And you have a lot of choices with trade-offs.

And my encouragement to you is to write those down and defend them like core values and do not deviate.

And if you do deviate, make sure everybody knows you're deviating and why you're deviating and update the core values to reflect that deviation.

The only value that's changed in the last year and a half at My Amazon Guy was adding compete to manager values.

That's how dialed in we are at this point.

I'll probably change one value a year at max out of the 10.
