If you look at their convenience stores, it's highly processed.
Like highly, like corned beef, mutton flaps, turkey tails.
They don't even have sirloin steaks.
None of that.
They all have the offcuts that butchers from New Zealand sell.
So that's why in Samoa, they don't have like lamb chops.
They have like mutton flaps and it's like about 90% fat and then 10% meat.
Mate, I look like corned beef.
Of course I'm going to love corned beef.
