i ask to clarify not because i um is that your perception or is that the fact of the matter okay it's impossible to say it's the fact of the matter but is the common perception that i've read okay yeah it does seem like to the extent that they have a board it's people that he handpicked at this point i see they'll do checks and balances the same way that trump gets checks checked and balanced
