Not scalable. Yeah. Yeah, you learn the hard way. You learn the hard way because you start hiring your friends and you go off vibes, etc. So the hiring advice that you needed at the start of your career that would have helped you to make less mistakes. What is that advice?

So on that point then, how does one get truly exceptional people to come and join them? And I say this because, you know, in the last five years I've become increasingly obsessed with hiring. It's like my team will tell you, I feel like I'm the head of recruitment.
