And the main reason for doing that is there are a lot of users spoken to have seen that there are certain features within the application that needs to be more readily accessible.

And some of the things like risk alerts and so on, it would make much more sense

So those are kind of things that we are looking at.

In addition to that, I think I touched on this earlier, one of the other things that we are also trying to do is simplify the experience of our customers.

One of the core areas of focus for us will be how do we unify the experience when you come to a support site?

So instead of you having to click on a link and go to the MyAutoSupport portal and then stay on a few other pages for the access on the support site, things like documentation, things like guided problem solving and chat and so forth,

We are putting a tremendous effort into unifying that experience.

I know Ross was here in one of the earlier podcasts talking about guided problem solving, and we are trying to unify those components to a single portal, which would be much more useful for users moving forward.
