We're not buttonheads, CTE.

And so what happens is when you acknowledge that they're a workforce, then you have to sit down and say, okay, well, we want this much money.

Okay, but we want this many practices.

No, we'll only go with this many practices.

Okay, we're not going to give you as much money.

That's fine, but we're not practicing as much.

And you sit there and you negotiate it.

And that's what we get with our professional sports leagues.

So...

It is, first of all, preposterous that we are asking the courts, in my opinion, to step in and be involved in this.

And this is as egregious and, frankly, frightening that the state of Texas is going to talk about prosecuting the Big 12 for running their business the way they see fit.

That's what's going on here.

I want to be clear.

So if you have a business...

This would be setting a precedent that if you have a business and you don't operate it the way the state says you should operate it.

And there's one thing that we agree that there are laws that we elect politicians to say, well, you can't just pour gasoline into the river and you can't do the there.

There's all those kind of things.

That's not what this is.

They have rules.
