And the Texas schools?
No, they're all going to bitch and they're all going to sue against that.
Instead of coming together and working for the greater good, when all you are is in it for yourself, you're never going to be happy.
So you're always going to be suing.
So if they prosecute Texas Tech and Texas, and then Texas Tech comes to Kansas to play the Jayhawks, what's to say that Kansas doesn't say, well, anybody who plays a player who has violated the rules...
They are committing a crime in the state of Kansas and we will arrest and we will jail said quarterback when you come to Kansas.
Why not just do that if you're the state of Kansas?
