It's never stagnant, right?

And so...

the constant evolution of our style is sort of reflected back at us and all the trends we're being attacked with every day.

But I do think there are positives to take from this.

Yeah, I certainly get a lot out of it.

Me too, yeah.

So in terms of the positives that I'm taking, like someone that I follow on social media,

is the stylist, Alison Bornstein.

She's an LA based stylist and author.

She's written a book as well.

I've spoken about her on the show before.

She's one of my big influences as a writer, as a stylist in her personal look as well and how she curates fashion.

And she is quite well known, especially in the sort of content space for coining the three word theory.

That's something that a lot of listeners might be across.

But if it's new to you, basically the idea is that you

choose three words that describe your style or how you want your style to feel, right?

And I think we might have shared ours in the past, but I don't know, for me, talking about style as an evolution might have changed since a year ago.

So where are you at now?
