Yeah.

Okay, so I've always just thought of it as three words that I align with for my style.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

So my words, I would say bohemian, relaxed, but then elevated, which are kind of, sometimes there can be a bit of tension in the two words, but I think that's part of tension is part of fashion.

Isn't that, yeah.

Is how the relaxed and the elevated can work together.

I would never have said bohemian three, four years ago.

I think bohemian came about when we moved to the coast and I kind of leaned more into that, you know, relaxed, but that sort of coastal lifestyle where it's sort of everything's more flowy.

And I don't mean flowy in the sense of like wearing maxi dresses every day.

I just mean like

embracing ease in my style whereas when I worked in the city everything was more structured and tailored I simply do not need blazers anymore unless I'm like dressing up to go out there's just certain pieces that don't function in my wardrobe so I don't like on the point of personal style I really don't think you can separate style and lifestyle I think they are so intertwined and for me style has been has evolved for me along with my lifestyle and continues to do so even

entering motherhood, you know, my style shifted completely when I had a baby because motherhood, you know, challenged me in many ways, but, you know, in my wardrobe to have to wear new things as, you know, I needed to find comfort in how I'm dressed, but I needed to find an elevated version of that that made me feel good when I left the house.

Yeah.

So, for example, with the outfit I'm wearing today, obviously the pants, the fluid, you know, printed pant is like the bohemian aspect.

The relaxed is definitely the, you know, easy sort of white staple knit tee that I've got on.

And I'd even say this jacket as well is very relaxed, but the elevated comes through in like choice of jewellery, you know, a strappy sandal back with that kind of picking it up and making sure that it's polished.

Because for me, like I always do want to look elevated in my style and not too casual, I suppose.

You know, even in day to day, I'm like, what's the tweak I can apply to make that look a bit cooler?
