You know, the fact that four farmers used to share a combine.

You know, you'd all go do your branding together.

You'd sit there and you'd have a day where the whole community came and did a thing, and you did that on a regular basis.

Now you're lucky to have a high school fundraiser where everybody shows up and there isn't a fight.

It is another job.

How fun is that?

As winter comes to an end, it's time to start thinking ahead.

Retire, yeah, correct.

You don't have farmers that retire to be bankers or retire to be a doctor.

It never goes the other way.

You just die on the farm or on the ranch.

But I kind of want to mediate this because we're in the same boat of, okay, so we added Cody to our team in November.

We needed Cody, but I still feel like we're just as busy as we were before Cody was on the team.

And the very first thing we ever did was I gave up the audio editing years ago.

And I'm still up until, you know, 10 o'clock at night doing things.

I mean, I do hold the boss role for this.

I was waiting for these guys to say that.

Neither one of them said it.

But I try to make it to where I don't make a lot of the decisions until it comes down to a point of we've got to stop wasting our time doing this or this is what becomes the priority.
