Because you don't want them to know if you got a lot.
And then a lot of times when we're doing the best, people think we're losing and vice versa because they never know where our position's at.
So we use crushes to kind of keep track of that.
So like this year, we're doing more reverse crushes where you do the opposite of what everybody else is doing on futures.
We can't get into all the detail of that because I'd probably be the world's worst at explaining it.
And Don Bragg, who works for, he keeps track of all that for us now.
So he's really good at it.
Yeah.
So the second thing is, is really a communication management thing.
That's the second thing that Bob taught us.
And so after Bob coached me for quite a while, he said, well, you, you've got to get alignment in your people.
You got to get speaking the same language and you got to quit making all these decisions yourself.
And really what it started into, and that's why we call it legacy is our cattle business systems is it's succession planning.
It's the playbook.
of how do we take over?
Like I want my kid to know how to trade futures.
I want my kid to know how to make decisions.
And there's basically six different communication metrics or components that you need to put together.
But Bob introduced me to EOS back in 2014.
So we help people do that now.
