So we have EOS implementers and other communication management people that we use, and then we help contract those people and put them in and kind of make sure that we're working on the right things with the cattle feeders and the farmers and so they can use that.
And that's working really well.

We're wanting a whole program eventually, so somebody can come in, it's just, it's turnkey.

You know, we're getting ready to launch 2.0 on our cattle business systems right now.
And then the third thing that we didn't, and the last thing here that I think we just got to have, and I actually see it happening more on the row crop side and the swine producers that I talked to here a while back, but you got to have some professional development.
A lot of these families are just succession planning really comes down to how do we resolve conflict?
I mean, there's all this people thing that everybody avoids, but I'm telling you what I'm seeing is the people younger than me and I'm 53, they're going to demand it and they're going to make this happen on the people development side.
So we just want to be the company that brings that all together for the cattle people.
And it's just going to happen.
So we're actually hanging, we're assigning coaches to people.
Wow.
You have coaches on your team?
Yes.
We're just contracting them out because we want to, depending if you're a 40,000 head yard or you're 500 head of cows and you've got 5,000 acres row crop, you need something a little different.
So we're trying to match that up.
You can't possibly hire all them in full time and get the right people.
