It hurts people when we don't do that, actually.
It's the same thing, because honestly, we've got about 50 folks that work for us, and we've got 1099s that we contract out to do things.
But when we go to some of our smaller customers, they say, well, we're too small.
We don't have teammates.
It's just me and this and this.
Everybody's got a team.
And everybody has a decision tree.
You're outsourcing a lot of your team.
And are you guys rowing in the same position?
Does your broker really know if you're using your broker for something or using your cattle buyer for something?
Do they really know the vision and the plan of where you're trying to get?
Or is it just kind of winging it along the way?
So we've all got it.
It's just as if we formalized it.
Close.
And we're looking for that.
We can, our cattle business systems, it really isn't going to fit a lot of people because we want to get a little ornery with it.
Like we want growth minded customers in that.
We want people like damned or damned if they do, damned if I don't, I want the next gen and have the playbook and the instruction set of how to get, keep this thing going.
Right.
